The MTX TX8652 2-way separate speakers (16,5cm 6.5′ 120W RMS) is our best speaker ever. Its aluminum frame takes the design of the famous TX8 subwoofers. The voice coil diameter (38mm!!!) and the magnet diameter ( 10cm!!!) are enormous for unparalleled dynamics. The voice coil is made from top-of-the-art TIL for crisp, realistic sound. The central phase plug is made of aluminum to effectively eliminate standing waves and cool the voice coil. The membrane is made of fiberglass and carbon for its lightness and rigidity. The passive filter is a small work of art with its two independent tweeter levels and its HiFi level components (polypropylene capa, air chokes). In addition, it is waterproof and all the cables come out on the same side for greater ease of assembly. The silk dome tweeter is 28mm in diameter. It is punchy like no other, and despite its large diameter which allows it to be comfortable with low frequencies, it girl linear up to 40000Hz! The TX8652 is really delusional despite an ultra measured price.
